"Defend our online reputation." Everyone knows this takes place, but I have never encountered a job advertisement for an online comment writer.
We need to focus on our reviews on two sites, SiteJabber (https://www.sitejabber.com) And Trust Pilot (https://www.trustpilot.com). We will need someone who can write and or attain good reviews to defend our online reputation.You don't have to write long comments but need to understand how to write effectively and things that consumers would read.
